Very unprofessional and overpriced. We were a group of 10 we’ve used Payless travel in the past but through a lady named Raya that no longer works there but we decided to book through them anyway. We gave the go ahead to book and they had our tickets on hold while we come the next day to their office to pay. The next day they they try to charge us an extra 600 saying that the prices went up overnight. What’s the point of putting it on hold? We ended up finding a better deal online. Stay away from this place.

The staff are very helpful and willing to give the right advice. This place was recommended to me by a friend, they've mentioned that they have competitive prices and they were right. The prices they offer are almost the same like any online agency like kayak, momondo.... The only difference is that you talk to a real person with different payment options offered at this place.. What I liked the most is that they offered whatsapp number to communicate while outside Canada in case of the need for any changes... Yes, I will book my next flight with payless...
