I just went in to sell items I can no longer use as they do not fit me. They say they are looking for items that are on trend - which some items of mine are. And they only took 8 items. Also, I have over 20 pairs of shoes -which some of them are not worn and some still have tags on - I can hardly believe that not even one of the shoes are "on trend" and worth re-selling for in their store, because I bought most them last year and the year before. The girl seems lazy to look through the items as the shoes were in the EXACT same spot in the bag. I guess she didn't look through it because there were a couple of shoes on top that are used. The girl in front of me have the same complaint with her items and left also disappointed. I agree with the other reviews here, it depends whoever is looking at your stuff.

Good place to consign your clothes! Anything I don’t donate I take here and the offer cash the same day. They took my lulu, AE and Zara as brands for example! If you’re shopping it’s like thrifting, need lots of time to go through to find the good finds!

Good place to shop. Unfortunately there is a very limited selection for men. My observation is at the time of try to sell something to them. For some reason, don't accept clothes in okay shape, or style. Because is outdated. But then, on the floor there are lots of items that have stains, holes, are snagged, or heavily used. It might depend on who is going through the clothes.

I like shopping here because they have nice stuff for good pricing. Almost never someone at the locked change rooms though, so you have to search for an employee. When I tried to take some clothes in I only got 13 dollars and they barely took anything even though I brought good stuff. I'll be taking my clothes to Courtney's Closet in High River at the Narrow Road Home instead. I'll still shop here though every once in a while.

I found the employees to be very cold and rude. The one lady was just very rude and not very nice at all. I feel like if you are giving your clothes to them so they can stay in business they should be kinder. I also brought in good items such as lulu, American eagle, garage, Nike, champion and more and it felt like they didn’t even care. I also feel as thought they do not look through all the clothing items brought in because often the items haven’t even been looked at. I was signing a paper and a lady behind me asked for one and the employee was very rude to her about asking and I didn’t like that especially since she had never sold to them before. They are not enthusiastic at all towards their customers, and I will definitely not be selling to them ever again. I won’t definitely not go to the south location. I went to the north east one once and they were so nice. I do recommend bringing in 1-3 bins:bags because they will not go through everything and you will get more money if it’s less things tk go through. I brought mine in on multiple occasions and got 80 for each time!! But yeah don’t go to the south they are very rude!!!

I was in for the first time yesterday and I brought 4 pairs of Garage jeans hoping they would take all of them as they look brand new to me. I came back to pick up and they were only interested in one. I don’t understand how they thought they other three were “worn” as they were ripped when I bought them. Even when I was shopping around I found jeans that were way more “worn” than the ones that I brought in. The only good thing that came out of this trip was the Birkenstock’s that I found and at very excited to wear. Might try another location for my jeans that I would like to be taken. I loved the idea of this store’s concept as these are hard times we are going through for money, but I was hoping for more than what I got.

Unfortunately the experience as seller is very staff dependent. Last time (also my first time) I brought in a heap of clothes, had no idea what I was doing... The staff were so helpful, they loaned me bins and took me through the policy. When I returned they had gone through all of my clothes and knew exactly reasons why items were rejected and even gave me tips on where to take the rest of the items or bring things back if I can get this one stain out etc... Today my experience was completely the opposite. I was met with rude unfriendly faces from the moment I walked in. I had taken time to sort and launder and fold everything. I had three boxes of items including barely used nikes, Nine West heels and an oak and Fort jacket. It seemed like they just didn’t wanna work. They called me back in half an hour and had only taken 10 items... it was clear that half of the items hadn’t even been touched... I don’t expect them to understand the frustration. They’re probably underpaid, unenthusiastic teenagers yet again, it seems some people can be excited about this job since my experience last time was so different. I’m very sad to have spent so much time sorting through clothes that maybe worth something. I’m going to try the NE location tomorrow since they seem to have more consistently positive reviews.

My daughter was super excited to take in her old clothes to make some extra money. She went in earlier today and they took her bag of clothes and they told her to come back at 5 pm. When she did they told her she had to be over 18 or have a parent with her to receive payment. This was not told to her earlier in the day when we called and spoke to them they refused to hold the payment/clothing over night as we could not go to meet her at the store as we work shift work at the hospital. She was super disappointed and basically they get the clothing for free. Needless to say we will not be shopping or bringing clothing in to this business again
