Great Clinic ! Doctors are amazing. Wait times are on the long side but they allow you to go get a coffee or do your shopping instead of sitting in the waiting room. If you actually wait and see one of the doctors you would understand why the wait is long. They take as much time as you need and you never feel rushed. The front end staff always make you feel welcome and lighten your mood when visiting a clinic which is nice. I would recommend this clinic to anyone BUT beware that if you choose to go expect to wait at least an hr each time.

When I showed up for my appointment I was told my appointment was for the day before and I could not see the doctor because she was fully booked. Then she said she will check with the doctor since I persisted and made me wait for 10-15 minutes. Finally the answer was that the doctor could not see me because she was fully booked. My medical condition definitely needed immediate attention so I pleaded once again since I was already there but NO EMPATHY! Even though there was not a single patient at the time waiting in the clinic. You think they would sympathize with an older patient and show some empathy! After I left the clinic I also realized when I had called the day before I was told that Dr. Naoom is only going to take walk in patients on Friday but she will be put me in for 2.15 so I won’t have to wait. So... makes think why was th doctor fully booked if the whole day Friday was set for walk in patients only? With my experience this time and few times in the past they never take walk in patients. Doctors are booked for appointment so no room for walk in patients. Should not be calling themselves walk-in clinic. Very disappointing and humiliating experience no sick person should go through that I went through that day.

I've been seeing Dr. Nada Naoom for about 2 years now and she is very attentive and caring. She is patient and listens to my concerns--not all of which are always medical. My wife and I used to go to another clinic but my whole family is going to this clinic now. The nurse, Dianna, is awesome, too! She always calls to remind me of my appointments and works hard to keep my spirits high, which is not easy to do when I am in a lot of pain.

My Family and I left Dr Dada Naoom because of how late she was with appointment times. I seen her almost every month and would take time off work to make an appointment. After my 5/6 visit it was clear that she was never on-time, The longest I waited was 1 hours and 15 minutes, and the shortest I waited was 35 minutes. I know that some patients need extra attention, and she really does spend lots of time listening to issues, but the clinic needs to realize this and give more time in-between patients.

Seems like the doctors don’t care about you. Took them 4 months to find out I had a stomach virus and since then I Have been sick for 2 and a half years and still haven’t seen a specialist and every time I comeback because I still don’t feel good, all they say is you are young you just have to wait Also came in for just a refill of my medication and waited for 2 hours and kept letting in people who came after me. Refill could take less then 5 minutes

i visited Dr. Nada Nooman and she was the most helpful and very professional Doctor, I have visited various Doctors over the years and none have been as concern for my health as she was. She is one of the best doctors I have had in my entire adulthood. I will continue going there until I live in Calgary. THE BEST

The wait time is kind of ridiculous. Even if you have an appointment it takes about another hour to get it in. Walk-in patient gets scheduled ahead of you - the person with appointment - and it seems that it is always 2-4 patients ahead of you. Should prioritize appointments over walk-ins that's why we make appointments.
