Racks For Less

Ordered a Kuat two bike rack plus the two bike add on. Had it shipped to my house as I do not live in Edmonton. Paid for both items and when it was delivered I only received one. Tried to contact the delivery company about it because I assumed that the driver just made a mistake and forgot the second box on the truck. They told me that I had to call Racks for Cars because that is what Racks for Cars had instructed them to do. Don't understand why the delivery company wouldn't be the ones to solve the issue as they are the ones with the item to be delivered. Called Racks for Cars and they really didn't help at all. I left them a voice message later that night stating that the second box had not been delivered yet ( called at 6 Friday night). Got a call the next day telling me that I wouldn't be getting the second box till sometime on the following Tuesday. By the time I get the second box I could have just made the drive to Edmonton 6 hours round trip and picked it up. As it is I will have to make the drive into Calgary find the Canpar location that has the second box and pick it up because no one will be around on the day they will be supposedly delivering it. Which by the way the Racks for Cars guy didn't seem to care about. Next time I will look a little harder, closer to home before getting it shipped especially if its an item from Racks for Cars. What a disappointing experience.
