I don’t care what age men are, they should know better than to leave a person standing in their showroom for an hour without so much as a hello. The Cintas guy who came to swap out the carpets was more polite. It is not wrong to acknowledge a customer and explain why they are waiting especially at a business where you have to leave your car and has no waiting area. I waited an hour past the time I was assured my truck would be finished. I was doing this as a favour for someone else and would never spend my own money there

Amazing staff, I wasn't sure what I wanted when I went in but they explained everything to me and I left very happy with a new Thule bin. They put different sizes on my roof to see which one I wanted to get. I highly recommend this place.

Phenomenal experience here the other day. We've been having issues finding a suitable roof rack for our Range rover as we set it up for overlanding. The gents here were super helpful, within the hour they found a system that addressed my needs and it ended up being in stock and for a very reasonable installation fee they expertly had it setup on our truck. Top notch customer service, no pressure sales combined with efficient and quick service made for a welcome change. I wish more places had their act together as the gentlemen I dealt with here. Will be returning for our future accessories and needs Thank you!

Excellent service. We brought in our ski racks that we had lost the keys for - they changed the locks and mounted the racks within a half hour. Great job - thanks guys!

Always great service here! Had several Thule products (roof box, cross bars & ski rack) all taking different keys. They quickly swapped out the lock cylinder for us so we could use a single key for all components. The only charge was for one extra key.
