Very disappointed with how I was recently treated from this company. Really loved RK international until last week. I had requested RK to file some overdue tax returns for 2 years worth, the company said no problem we can file those for you but never mentioned how much it would cost. I spent over 400 filing my taxes for personal/business and wife's return. After RK agreed to file these returns I dropped everything off for them to file. Shortly after I was surprised to see a 300 invoice in my email. I emailed the company right away to say I was very surprised to see this charge and that I thought at most it would have costed 100 (if anything). I got a really rude email back that was unprofessional saying "I" the client was wrong and we should not do business together anymore. I think this situation could have been handled in a much more professional matter. I'm very upset with this experience and shocked after bringing my business and others to this business in the few years.
