This is a great rental shop with loads of rentals and space. I visit once a year for a seasonal project and they are rarely out of the tool I need If it is in high demand and you can plan, they do take reservations. Like all rentals, you occasionally get a small issue and they are more than accommodating to provide support and make adjustments when required. Special shout-out to the gang in the shop: they professional and friendly, even in tough winter days. It's the last employees you see when you leave, first when you return, and they are welcoming and efficient.

Excellent, friendly and responsive service. Easy pick up and drop off experience. Rental price very fair. Convenient location. Equipment expectedly worn and reasonable functionality. No instruction manual or reference tutorials on website for resources. I realize it's already out there, but links from their site resources to useful tutorials would have made it 5 stars.
I went to rent a ladder. For half the price of their deposit I was able to purchase a ladder on Amazon.ca and save the entire cost of rental. Yes I would have gotten the deposit back, but it would have taken days, where as the ladder will arrive the next day and I still have money to buy materials to do my project! Don't rent from these people as they are ridiculous in cost and deposit fees.
