It is my job to investigate the underlying imbalances, looking at the mind, body and spirit as an integrated unit. then educate my clients about nutritional and lifestyle changes they can make in their lives to address their specific health concerns, and empower them to be able to apply and stick with these changes. While the journey to optimal health can be a long one, depending on the root imbalances they are dealing with, I remind clients that it is important to remember that their health concerns did not develop overnight, and therefore it is important to invest the time into correcting them. I promise my clients that I will work to inspire and support them every step of the way, but sadly, at the end of the day, I cannot make the actual changes for them. I emphasise that by working as a team, we can realise real changes in their health.
