Update - The fact the dealership didn't even contact me about this is very telling. Regan Keith, what can I say about the car shopping experience with him. Regan was extremely unprofessional and rude. He raised his voice and swore at us on a number of occasions during our visit. After we told him that we were going to shop around at another Nissan dealership he slandered that company and told us he is the top salesman for Nissan. He told us his time is very valuable and that we wasted it. He refused to give back our vehicle keys until it was demanded back when we were trying to leave. When we left his office he continued to yell at us to the point where it was drawing attention from the other employees. I would expect more from any salesman. I am also disappointed that the sales manager in the office directly across from his didn't step in to correct Regans behavior as we could see him watching this all unfold. We purchased our Nissan Murano from Sunridge Nissan the next day. They proved to be professional and organized in the purchase of this vehicle.

Used or new, buy a vehicle from here and ask for Ben. I didn't end up buying from here, but I may in the future when I upgrade! Ben Parent was the most personable and most honest salesman I've come across in my search for a used vehicle. He really did extend his kindness beyond what I would have expected. Scott was also kind and informative when we had a quick discussion about finances. Again, honest and friendly. These good traits are also reflective of the business and its management.
