Excellent service! The owner Christina went above my expectations to accommodate me. Luigi did an outstanding job cleaning the furnace, dryer vent from the inside and outside as well as all of our other 23 vents! Luigi was assigned for furnace cleaning at new built. I have never been more impressed with professionalism and kindness every steps of the way. honestly never seen someone this young age so calm and composed. Booked Carpet Cleaning and Furnace Cleaning through this company. Furnace Technician came to our house while other trades still working in the basement during a renovation. We asked that the technician wear a mask like all other trades in the vicinity. The technician proceeded to not wear a mask and then forcefully coughed in other trades faces when asked to wear a mask. The furnace technician was asked to leave immediately and was reported back to Seal Services. Seal Services has yet to bother to phone us back, carpet and furnace cleaning have been cancelled. I would recommend nobody use this service, very unprofessional.
Luigi and Patrick were not only professional but very kind. I was moving vehicles for them to have front parking and Patrick started shoveling my walk. He did not need to do that, but he went above and beyond doing this, and Luigi took the time to explain my furnace and the cleaning needs. Honestly never been more impressed with professionalism.
