Thumbs up to Emily Chambers from SelloffVacations. She was very helpful when I was trying to change my flight dates with Air Canada. She was supportive and tried all resources to deal with the last minute request. I understand that it is hard on everyone these days and Air Canada has a worst customer service system, but Emily made me feel assured that I can relax during my trip in Mexico. Thank you Emily!

Good value for the price. Older hotel with old school features such as a smaller but functional pool that I didn't use as I prefer the surf. Nice beach right in front of outside eating area. Basic but clean rooms and one hell of a view. Friendly staff those that could speak English and helping me learn more Espanol. Felipe a nice guy bartender at sports bar which catered more to bar staff as nothing but Mexican league football although they claim other sports but what the heck no big deal. Plenty of great restaurants and bars immediate to hotel on fairly busy street. I recommend Fat Fish for fantastic BBQ ribs, Marisco Marinara on the beach for super tasty Camarones and El Katrina bar & restaurant with live band the 2 nights I went there. And golf package with hotel at Marina Mazatlan golf course maybe 10 minutes away. Very nice course and got 4 rounds in with my pal. I am already planning another trip and thanks for help from Sheila at Sell Off Vacations out of Calgary.
I had the absolute pleasure of dealing with Christopher Sauer at Sell Off Vacations. I was going through an extremely difficult personal time, and Christopher just took over in such a caring, empathetic way. He seemed to sense exactly what I needed in terms of a getaway and was patient and incredibly kind throughout my time with him. Chris Saucer gave me amazing customer service with an issue I had due to my error. He was extremely professional and went above and beyond policy to help fix my issue within an hour. I would definitely book through them again. Thanks to Chris we had an amazing vacation.

Christopher helped my family greatly when they chose to do all inclusive vacation. Very friendly type of service, great suggestion on property and local attraction. he said he was new but was hard to believe to be true because he did such a perfect job with this. we thank him and will be in touch soon
I'm giving a 5 star review, not as much for a good price, but for Sheila's customer service. She was very helpful in assisting with a very rigid policy from Air Canada vacations and got me the best compromise she could. She then helped me setup a great package that was better than I had originally, as well. Seriously, Sheila in the Calgary office legit worked hard to help me out and I will be contacting her for my further vacation needs, even just as a price start point. Thank you Sheila, you are amaze!
