The worst. I set up an install for our satellite tv at the cottage. They never showed. Called 3 times and they said a manager would call within 48 hours. Never called after a week. Worked out for us. Called Bell had the install done within 4 days, 20 a month cheaper then Shaw and a much more updated system then what Shaw offered. Also belong to a cottage association and posted my concern about Shaw and NOT one person had anything to say good about Shaw. Don’t waste your time with them find a different provider. Let’s hope Rogers buys them out and maybe their staff will have jobs because right now that company is going down.

More than 2 hours on hold and no one has answered the phone there. They are literally making it impossible to cancel services. Live chat reps are useless and refuse to cancel service or do a seasonal suspension. Calling my credit card company to reverse payments on this company. Unreal....

Service is horrible, each time took about hour for the call answer whatever you having issues. So I calling them several times for cancellation since last month, and I waited more than hour and still no one pick up the calls. By then I sent several emails for the cancellation and them to call back to confirm, it still no one respond. Today finally I got lucky I waited 15 minutes and the lady answered, but she use the excuse that they will not respond for email cancellation, and she also not explain why they never call me back as I requested. And she just simply charged me for the services till today... 3- hours passed away they promised that will send cancellation in written by email, until now I still didn't receive...
This may be the worst company to deal with for service and product. I have been a Shaw Direct customer for about 12 years now and have had nothing but problems. They never listen to you and always tell you that the problems are your fault. I have been on hold this time for over 30 minutes trying to get my satellite signal issues resolved yet again. This is the 5th time in the past two months. If you are thinking about going to Shaw Direct, THINK AGAIN. It can't get any worse than this. They used to offer to provide a call back service, but they don't even do that anymore. I'm done.
