I made an order a few weeks before Christmas for a sweater at this shop. Unfortunately it was unavailable after I had paid for it. The shop immediately emailed me and asked me with my options. I kept my order and they had said they’ll email me when my product is in. A week later my product came in. And they shipped it too me. I was impressed with the customer service at this shop! They were very kind and didn’t forget about me like many other shops have. It came about 2 weeks after Christmas and I was fine with that! Nothing like getting a gift a bit after Christmas! :) Thank you Spruce Meadows! I will be ordering again for my daughter when she needs something!
