Oil change
We were interested in a vehicle that they had on their lot. We live 2 hours away so I arranged a time to come and test drive the vehicle with the intention of buying. We received a note as we were entering the city of Calgary that they had just sold the vehicle. We were told that because we didn’t put a hold on the vehicle there was nothing we could do. Putting a hold was never an option I was given. So I wasted 4 hours of my day, a 1/2 tank of gas and paying a babysitter to get the worst customer experience I have ever had!

Very pleased with my purchase of the 2020 Tiguan from this location, friendly staff and worked hard with me for the best deal. The only thing I would say I was a little disappointed in is the detailing of the vehicles, and whatever oil they put in must be the cheapest oil I’ve seen 2000km and was black. Other then that happy with this location for my next vehicle purchase, again
The best Volkswagen dealer in the city and dealer in general. I bought my 2021 Golf GTI from there. People are really nice, I have visited a lot of dealerships but people here are on another level. They are really kind and professional. When I came to pick up my Gti they tinted my windows for free as well. I recommend it 110%, if you want to buy a new car this is the place.
I have been able to purchase two vehicles from this dealership and the staff give what I feel to be the best purchase experience I have ever had. Super up front. Easy negotiation. Quick and efficient. Took care of me in a friendly and honest manner. Will definitely be recommending in the future.
