First, I was greeted with high professionalism and great enthusiasm. In today's day and age, a great sales rep or customer service, is hard to come by. Grant the sales manager was extremely knowledgeable and n well prepare. We are very please with his service! Thank you for making this process easy and fun for all.

Once they've got you, that's it that's all My wife, really had a bad experience as soon after signing the bill of sale. She had the Nissan Kicks because she said it was CUTE at that time. But it was a terrible small car, and i have nothing good to say about it. A recall that she never got informed until the problem hit her. We were all disappointed
Very disappointed of the pushing way of their sales team, even the guy was friendly and seems to know about the car, he an his manager kept pushing me to decide right there when it was my first visit. But what it's worse, they did a hard inquiry on my credit report when I haven't even decided, and I was just requesting information for financing, sales person mention to check it but a soft inquiry, so they lied to me and did the hard inquiry when I haven't even decide if their rogue worked for me needs. I was very clear that I needed to think about it and let them know, even with their pushy offers to the rogue 2020 instead of the 2021 ( I guess to get rid off their older cars) Even if for a split second I thought to make business with them, that disappear right away. Better go to any other Nissan dealer, or even better go to a different car company. Maybe their deals seem fine but for me at least it's about honesty, patient and listen to the client and not pushing and not doing those hard inquiries when they said they will do soft inquiries unless the client say yes to the deal, not before when we are still thinking and deciding. I will never come back. I do not recommend going there.
We drove ours Fords onto the lot at Sunridge Nissan and my girlfriend and I drove away in a 2019 Qashqai Platinum and a 2018 Titan Pro4X. The staff at Sunridge Nissan are friendly and knowledgeable about their products and will do whatever it takes to get you behind the wheel. We used to be a Ford family, now we’re a Nissan family. Thank you Angelo, Justin, Vince, Tai and Grant.
