We are so so happy with Robert and his staff. This was a great experience from the beginning to end. We had several quotes and we were immediately impressed with Robert's professionalism, his fast responses, his communication and fair pricing. He is really easy to talk to and very considerate. On the day, Symmetree did an amazing job with several trees in our yard, and they also managed to work around a duck laying eggs under one of our trees. I highly recommend Symmetree Arborist Services to anyone looking for professional, honest and friendly tree care and maintenance services. Rob and his team went above and beyond, making our 50 year old trees look great and improving their health so they'll last another 50 years. They removed dead wood, cleared branches hanging over our roof, and removed black knot fungus off our beautiful chokecherry tree. I couldn't be happier with the results and will not hesitate to use their services again in the future. Thanks for the amazing service Rob!! I contacted Symmetree to prune and shape a Golden Willow tree. Due to poor weather, the work was postponed one day, but I was notified by text of the change which was appreciated. The guys arrived the next day, on time, and with what looked to me, appropriate safety gear. They were respectful and kind and took into consideration how I wanted the tree trimmed. They took care in shaping the tree and I was very happy with the result. They cleaned up my yard and what fell into my neighbors yard. They swept the street clean after chipping the cut limbs. Pricing was very fair. I will use Symmetree for future tree pruning. Don’t hesitate to hire these guys.
The rescue of Jack the cat...After school on Friday my children and their friends spotted a cat stuck way up high on a branch of a very tall tree in Shawnessy Park. I called the city to inquire if they rescue cats, they said "not their job, nor is it the fire departments and to try an arborist." We decided to leave kitty alone in hopes he'd come down on his own, but after 2 hrs he was still there. I googled arborist and Symmetree appeared. I called with a desperate plee for this cat who'd been up there for quite some time, meowing in stress and now being taunted by crows. Robert agreed to send a guy after they were finished their job to see if they could help. Noah arrived and waisted no time getting down to business. However, the cat got spooked and climbed even higher up the tree!! This called for a bucket rescue! Carefully maneuvering both the truck and the bucket thru the thick tangle of trees and branches, Noah was finally able to rescue the scared cat and bring him down to safety. The cat, named Jack, was wearing an ID tag and was able to be reunited with his worried family. I can not say enough good things about Robert and Noah for their willingness and kindness to go out of their way after a long day of work to save Jack. Noah was the true hero of the rescue. I shudder to think what may have happened if he hadn't come when he did. Noah and Robert, words cannot thank you enough!! Symmetree is a company with true heart and compassion. Calgary is lucky to have them! You won't go wrong calling them for all your tree, or cat rescue needs!

We had Symmetree Arborist Services come out to trim and prune the Manitoba Maple in our front yard after years of neglect. Robert and his crew did an amazing job and our tree now looks healthier than it has in years. We highly recommend using Symmetree and Robert for any of your "Tree" needs!
Robert was prompt at responding to my request for a quote and came to our house the next day and provided his quote. Arrived on time on the scheduled date and 5 trees were removed within 3 hours. Yard was cleaned up before they left. Robert took great care to ensure no damage to my yard as well as my neighbors yard. Would highly recommend Robert and his team!!
Robert did some tree work for the Calgary Dream Centre and did an amazing job! The work was done quickly, professionally, and for a great price. He even threw in some extras to help us out as we are a non profit organization. I would highly recommend using Symmetree for any of your tree care needs!
