It is typical of the Thermo King franchise they take customer service very seriously and they take the brand very seriously everybody is professional and knowledgeable. I had a bit of a long wait but that was just due to the volume of customers they are not to be blamed they moved as quickly as they could

The only reason we purchased out APU unit from thermo king is because of Namrata. She is amazing when she give you all the details, very professional, you can tell she love to help client. One person on the shop wasn’t helpful at all but Namrata is keeper. Thank you
Trailer there two weeks. Tryed to get wire info for two weeks to pay bill to get reefer fixed. General manager was rude. Would not recommend this shop

Great price and immediate service compared to Toronto
I bought a 2015 model APU thermoking..got it for 5 G. It was a great deal. But learnt a lesson. These Apu can be expensive.. just some free advice for anyone looking for a used one.. Go New.. Thermoking Calgary did a great job Reinstalling my Apu and getting it up and running.. I installed artic package working great .. Lesson well learnt..
Friendly staf and technicians know what they are doing. Driver waiting room is clean and very comfortable.
