So happy with Thuro! My sewer line collapsed so I contacted 3 companies for repairs. Thuro was the only one who responded. They set me up with an appointment for a camera exam of the pipe and it turned out to be on the city’s property. They took care of notifying the city and getting them to make the repair, which cost me nothing! Jasmine kept me updated through the whole process and answered all my questions. I found them to be extremely professional and competent.

We hired Thuro Inc. to repair 2 sags on our sewer pipe. They did a fantastic job and I would highly recommend them. We hired them to re-do a repair we initially hired a private contractor to do and the private contractor left us with deficiencies. Not only did Thuro make sure the repair was done correctly, they were also able to present the repair needed on the City's side to the City and get approval from them to repair their side of the sewer. Thuro's contractors were very professional, polite and did a phenomenal job all around. The site was cleaned up nicely, they really took their time and we are so grateful for the work they did!
