Stellar service. I have a cigar shop less than a minute from my house and I make the 10 min drive here for just the service. Once I had a pack of small cigars which were broken, I happened to have one left and told the owner about it over some basic chit chat. He went to his humidor and gave me a replacement. They took their time discussing lighters and so on with zero pressure sales. Really a great shop. Thanks guys.
