I absolutely love this place. Always such a cool, clean environment and the staff are so friendly and helpful! Not to mention the price of smokes are cheaper here then anywheres. Jeff is the manager and is second to none. He is always there with a big smile ready to help out with whatever you need. If you live nearby, its worth it to shop here.

I came in earlier this month to buy a birthday gift for my boyfriends father. I don't know much about him except that he loves cigars. I came into your store and Alina greeted me and asked if I needed help with anything. As someone who doesn't smoke cigars myself I happily accepted her help. She was very friendly and knowledgeable. She helped me pick out the perfect gift that my boyfriends father absolutely LOVED. I can't say enough good things about the help that I received and the knowledge that Alina had about the products. I will definitely be coming back to see her when Christmas rolls around.

I love it there! Service is fantastic. The girl that works at Silverado is incredibly upbeat, friendly and has an advanced knowledge of the products. I was on a search for a good cigar as a gift and she had a selection and made recommendations which made it easier to buy! She really knows her stuff! Its always a pleasure when I see her at the Silverado store. I wouldnt go to anybody else for my cigar, smoke and vape purchases!
