I was treated very disrespectful in this shop. The owner literally kick me out from the store . it’s just because I have a feedback about his customer service. I’m a owner of a car dealership, and I have never get angry of my customers if the have anything to say about my service of my cars. This guy was not polite at all. As a Business man take it from me, if you keep being getting emotional with your customers and Act like a the boss. I suggest you to go take a courses how to be a good ownership. This feedback will help you to develop yourself. I understand probably you’re under pressure but you don’t have to involve your customers. Good luck and that was very very bad.

I am sure glad this Brick n' Mortar exists, their is this wonderful gentleman named Danny, who is the WISEMAN of cigar knowledge and wisdom. Everytime I go to this shop it is a wonderful experience, Danny and I talk about cigars and which drinks for the pairings. I always end up walking away with a few hundred dollars worth to fill up my humidor. I highly recommend getting a membership here it is worth it! Danny and the fellas will take care of you! HAPPY SMOKES!!

Alex Gorina, I was the customer behind you when you were in the store, giving the owner a difficult time. To the owners credit, I had a feeling you were gonna hop on here to whine so here I am setting the record straight! First of all you walked in without a mask on and you were being difficult when asked to put one on. DING DING have you been living under a rock these last few months?? Second of all you were asking to physically touch and see items that were in closed packaging, IE nothing to see inside. The owner was doing the right thing adhering to the new COVID 19 protocols as every Calgary business owner should! After your escalated attitude, he had every right to ask you to leave the store and personally I got tired of waiting behind you listening to your whining that you can't touch every item that you're interested in! It's so very ironic how you said the owner was giving you a hard time when really you were the one making things difficult!! To sum things up, I had a perfectly fine experience after this.. guy was escorted out of the store and I would shop here again if I'm ever in the area.

Fantastic service! Not knowing very much about tobacco didn’t matter. The staff was not only extremely knowledgeable but a pleasure to just chat with as well. Above all, it was a very welcoming atmosphere and I’ll definitely be going back for more! With the staff I met tonight, hats off to management for ensuring customers are provided with high quality, professional customer service. I highly recommend Tobacco Outlet to anyone looking for awesome tobacco and great service.
