I've been using Tower Cleaners for 3 years and find the staff great, courteous, friendly and efficient. Pricing is competitive, and until recently the quality of the service provided has been great. Three weeks ago I picked up my weekly drop off of dress shirts and once home found one of my shirts had dozens of threads pulled from it as if a cat had been kneading it (I'm sure it wasn't a cat). I returned the shirt the following weekend, was assured they would look into the shirt and dropped off new shirts to be cleaned. No email or phone call all week from Towers. Went in the next weekend tp pick up/drop off shirts and asked about the shirt with pulls in it. No news, but was reassured that the manager would call me back shortly. Went home, and found a second shirt with pulls, and an additional shirt that was badly wrinkled. I called the manager, and left a message to call me or email me. That was over a week ago...no response so far. Not sure what happened with the cleaning equipment, but with two ruined shirts and a poor level of communication, I won't be going back.

Going to miss Tower Cleaners while they’re temporarily closed. They are great. Honest, good work, helpful, even mending and hemming available. Plus I just like the staff. They’re great.

Always had great service, and am very happy with my clothes when they return. I really like the emails that tell me/ remind me of when my items are ready to be picked up. All the staff I have met, are professional and friendly. I would have no hesitation in recommending Tower @ Copperfield.

I originally wasn’t happy with the cost per shirt, but I’m finding that they’re competitive and the gal (45-50yrs old) that’s there every morning and greets me by name every time, seems like such a sweet gal. I hope this location reopens soon (COVID) as it’s more convenient, but Tower gives great service. Thanks for that *** UPDATE*** Unbelievable!! After months of being closed due to a virus, the gal at the Copperfield location didn’t even ask my name and had my order ready! That’s ABSOLUTELY WONDERFUL service. She’s the best
