As a Certified Professional Co-Active Coach (CPCC) I’m trained to support my clients to discover (or re-discover) their capacity to lead a fulfilling life, and to find the courage to be their authentic selves. I put my clients Up Front. I hold space for them to uncover their goals and dreams and I help them find their best performance – in work, at home and at play. I let them know when I see them playing small, discounting their impact and personal power. I acknowledge their courage, vulnerability and strength. I hold them accountable for the things they have identified as being important to them and I’m there when they need a cheerleader to help them cross the finish line.
