Haven't been in years as Prime stole my business when I moved to Red Deer. Prime Fasteners alienates their customers and makes them do things against their better judgements, thus losing my business. Walfo also gave me better prices

I tried to purchase a stapler from another province, had to put the sale on hold while I considered staple availability. Poor attitude and customer service when I went to proceed with the sale.
These guys are amazing, I accidentally dropped off a functioning unit for repair and they tested it and told me it's fine and come pick it up. Very very rare you encounter such honest people. I highly recommend Waldo to everyone, these guys are awesome.
Been having a heck of a time with finding the right nails for my guns and finding good quality ones at that. Saw this place while driving between other distributors walked in to find super nice staff and good stock and price of exactly what I needed! Definitely coming back!! Thanks!!

I really want to give them a 4-star rating because they just don't stay open long enough, but they stayed open late for me when I needed to pick up a tool in for repair.
Years ago the owner tried to sell me a used nailer for more than the cost of a new one. I never forgot it. I would like to thank him though. I found a much better place to give my buisness.
