Love going in to this store. Service is always helpful, the store is clean clean. Have found many great “finds”.

I've never went into the store, but James at the donation door IS ABSOLUTELY AN AMAZING HUMAN BEING. He is so funny, polite, genuine and knowledgeable. You can just tell what a sincere individual he is and I thoroughly enjoyed our conversation while he was unloading my donations. He is awesome and I really hope that goodwill recognizes what type of person he is and rewards him for all his awesomeness! Definitely would go out of my way to donate at this location, just to chit chat with james!

I'm proud of this location because they are following all the rules when it comes to staying and keeping people safe and healthy during the pandemic. The associates are all very patient and attentive and generally the store is kept clean and organized through out. Great selection however, they could do better on some pricing, but I always love shopping the color of the day here...(side note: today's color is Yellow) ;) I'd recommend this Goodwill, so stop by and check it out for yourself.

I had a conversation the other day with the \General Manager\. For the past month 20-40% of there customers on a daily basis are not wearing masks and that percentage goes up Fri-Sun. Nothing is being said to them, unless someone complains. By mistake I left my mask at home. So by seeing all of these people not wearing masks over the past month I thought it would be okay to stop by and shop. The General manager was very rude and had a terrible attitude when she approached me. She didn't politely ask me to put on a mask she told me I had to. I wasn't the only customer in the store with out a mask at the time. I explained what I have seen over the past month in there store. I shop there typically 3 or more days a week. Its not fair to the regular customers for staff members to pick and choose when they want to enforce there mask policy. If you don't want anyone to come in without a mask you need to keep someone at the front door like you were originally doing. Every time I shop here I round up my money and last week I donated 2 full truck loads. I know there was over 50 worth of furniture I donated inside the store. This is the only negative experience I have had here. Every worker I have spoken to at this location has been polite and nice. Unfortunately i will not be back here anytime soon and I feel sorry for the staff members the General manager went and took her anger out on. - Jeremy Godfrey
