This place is horrific, they partnered with MEB management and fail to remedy any and all issues that MEB manage Fails to uphold. I’ve had to go to this place several times because MEB failed on a grand scale to uphold contracts, cleanliness and above all safety to tenants. AVOID THIS COMPANY AND MEB management services.

I own a property that was \managed\ by Caliber. In my experience they are great at finding renters but otherwise totally incompetent. Once they have you hooked in they are terrible communicators, they rarely follow through with what they say they will do and they usually get your name wrong when they email you. They've tried to bill me 300 for cleaning my house a week after I paid my own cleaning lady to go through. They're turn-over rate is ridiculous and they are impossible to deal with. I highly recommend NOT using these idiots.

The worst. Don't rent from them. They never fix anything, work orders aren't even looked at for months. Eventually the vendors they would call just started giving us their cards so we could call them in the first place. We had constant problems with our online rent portal, every time I called the office I talked to a new person, none of whom ever knew what was going on. No one returns calls, we had three property managers during a year lease. Just save yourself the headache and rent from someone else.

They manage and own a horrible property on E. Thomas Road at 13th. Widespread drug use. My apartment is filled with the smell. I posted more details on Yelp earlier today. However, I returned home and the person above me is smoking marijuana so much my apartment fills with the smell daily. I can't even open my windows front or back. It is 5:32pm and those are the conditions occurring right now. There are children living in this complex.

The most awful company I have dealt with looking for a place. My boyfriend and I found a place we liked and same day we filed and paid the application fee and after that it was just constant unprofessional people constantly calling us saying they needed more documents instead of just saying everything we need to turn in on one phone call they just stretched it out and after over a week of that and us giving them everything the day they would ask we're told they let other people put a deposit on the place. They didn't even call to tell us I found out thru the app that I applied that the place was taken. From the beginning we felt they were just trying to give us the run around when we could have been looking for other places.
