I’m sorry to have to leave this review but it is important that people know. It took many weeks of mostly being ignored before we were finally able to get something on the books. Russ was very busy and said it would be about a month-and-a-half wait before he could drill our well. A couple weeks later we received the estimate and agreed to move forward with about a one month wait list. After waiting over a month (and not hearing a thing from Russ) we reached out to confirm that everything was ok. Well, apparently not, and we were informed that Russ would not be available to drill our well for at least ANOTHER month. This threw off all our plans in a major way as we had other construction and earthworks scheduled for after the well installation that had to be cancelled. We are now looking for another well drilling company. We are very disappointed in the utter lack of communication and professionalism from AAA Pump Co. If you require reliability, this company is not for you.

My husband called AAA to come look at a well we share with lake neighbors. They were professional and prompt and stood behind a quote to repair. We purchased the well, and for sure will be only using this company !
