Good place to live at a fair price. We've lived here for over 2 years, just signed out lease for a third. I've waited to write my review until I had been here enough time, and I can honestly say I really like it. The issues I have they are fixing, slowly but surely. I know these changes take time and that they are addressing them which is what matters. Once the landscaping, paving of sidewalks, fixing the barbecue areas, and the parking sitatuation are fixed, this complex will be 5 stars. The staff is kind and accommodating. Whenever I have a maintenance request it is taken care of promptly. They communicate well with their tenants as to work going on and regularly hold fun gatherings. We work alot so we don't go to most of them, but we go to the Christmas party every year and it alot of fun! The apartment itself is nice. Wood floors, spacious patios, nice kitchen and bathroom. The complex has a pool, jacuzzi, basketball court. We love it. Over all the last two years have been very nice. We have really enjoyed the last 2 years and we will here for a while. We have had no issues with theft and other things we were told would happen if we live in Santa Ana. Also it's walkable to various restaurants and things! Love that! Last but certainly not least, they don't jack up the rates like crazy when it comes time to renew like most places. Pretty sure ours just went up like 20 or something. But ya highly recommend it here :)

This place sucks... Have been here for almost a year now. After signing our lease we were told there was a \tree cockroach\ problem. At least once a week I see a cockroach in my apartment and that's not saying I'm messy, this place is just terrible. I was sitting on the toilet a week ago and literally had a cockroach fall from the ceiling and landed on my leg.... They've been remodeling the entire time I've lived here even though they said they'd be done by june, it's now November.. they are advertising their new emodeled\ homes as something amazing and they really aren't. They just put a bandaid over all the bad that is this place. Since being here, the laundry rooms they provide have always had half of the machines broken. So you have to fight for a washer and dryer to use. The interior of the apartment is decent but not great. You can tell they get the cheapest material possible when making these places. A few months ago the sewage backed up into my apartments bathroom. Our tub literally had an inch of sewage water in it.it also backed up water from our toilet that spilled through the wall/molding and into our closet area. It was disgusting. *On a good note, the maintenance guy was here immediately to fix that* but we were still bathroom-less for a day. I would not recommend this place to anyone. It was cheap and what I could afford at the time but it's just not worth it. Especially now that they are upping the price on the remodeled apartments, totally not worth it.

An old poorly-maintained apartment complex.

I honestly wish I could put negative stars. I didnt even get a chance to live here (thank god) and I had a horrible experience. The management are a team of rude, clueless, and lying people. When you fill out the paperwork, they dont inform you about ANY minor details until AFTER you pay. They say that they will call you back about being approved, any information you asked about, and etc. They never did. The leasing center worker made the wrong application so we couldn't even apply properly until the next day. (After putting a holding deposit.) The AM didnt even know how to use the apartments website. They never told us that they dont take cash or card so they made us drive to a bank to get a money order. My mom put a holding deposit and wasnt told it was only for 3 days. She asked for a refund and they said it was policy that they cant. (the check had already been cashed) I told them there must have been a miscommunication and if I could talk to a manager. The manager was rude and started raising her voice and told us \we cant make any exceptions because of the fair housing act.\ (Even though all of the delays during the 3 day period for the holding deposit were their fault) I told her she was being unethical, and she responded with \Oh well I was going to tell my manager to make an exception but now why would I?\ (After telling me that there are no exceptions). Super unprofessional. I asked about the cockroach issue that is stated in the other reviews, guy lied and said o we've never had an issue BUT its only normal when we are living on their land\. In the end just a horrible experience. Cost me over 300 dollars and didnt even live there. The parking lot doesnt even have pavement, almost none of the fountains are functioning, fitness center is the size of a small master bedroom, and honestly this list is endless.
