Big complex, has pools, grills, and exercise area, none of which are bad. Some of the apartments are a little older, but it is pretty conveniently located, only 3 miles from the beach and not too far from Goldenwest college. I enjoyed my time here!

I being living in this property for about 2 years and have no complaints. My kids love the back yard where they can play and have fun. All neighbors are nice and have no issues with them and are respectful. The property staff is nice, friendly and helpful. It's an older apartment complex but it's a safe and nice area to live in. The school in the area is also great if you have kids, plus you have a park behind the property that you can walk to.

DO NOT MOVE HERE! My car was vandalized twice!!! I brought it up to management and they told me it was my fault! They do not have cameras or security like they say. Dogs and cats roaming around freely. Rats, insects, spider webs everywhere. Priscilla, the office manger is the WORST! Dirty, cheap and falling apart inside and out!

The staff has been super helpful. The maintenance crew is phenomenal. We love our apartment and patio. Our unit is right on Warner, and the traffic isn’t an issue. The complex is very dog and pet friendly. It is located right next to 24 hr fitness and Starbucks. It’s convenient to all the major stores. The parking can be a challenge, but the saving grace is the parking behind the complex. The complex has a large grassy park and playground that is awesome for parking and beauty.
