They seem to only pick up clients whenever it best suits them. They arrive sometimes as much as 13 minutes before they say they will arrive, and will leave without calling you or giving you a heads up that they're here. I understand there's other clients, but they should call us if they are going to arrive a lot earlier before just taking off.
