A dated location but has a great view. So overall the place is old however the furniture is new and it's clean. Beds are also comfortable. Plenty of clean towels and there is Wi-Fi and the people running the place are really nice. I had no issues asides for my neighbors slamming the door and the room shakes. There is a restaurant but a tad on the pricey side but there are grocery stores and local restaurants within 10 mins. If you're okay with that then you have no problems. There is a small fridge and some dishes but bring your own cutlery. Mine in my room had seen better days. If you're looking for a place to stay and aren't too particular about amenities then come here. It's an upgraded Comfort Inn to put it in some context. Also people do smoke right outside their rooms so that might turn you off. I would give this place a 3.5 out of 5.

So I made the mistake of booking my night on the wrong date. The staff called to confirm my night and we noticed the mistake I had made. They were more than accommodating and even upgraded our room. The views from this place were amazing and the fireplace kept us nice a toasty. Definitely a little rough around the edges but the location and natural beauty around more than made up for that. And I hear they’re looking to renovate a lot of their rooms soon! Would recommend this place!
Romance lives here. The great outdoors and a gorgeous sunset. Quiet inviting rooms where you can slip into a nice bubble bath and soak after a long day. A must stay off the beaten path. Friendly staff. Beautiful grounds. Perfection in the eyes of the beholder. 5 stars isn't enough.

Extremely friendly staff!! So understanding. I don't think we have ever experienced better customer service. Upgraded us to a jacuzzi room for free! Perfect cottage feel on a winter night! Only reason I'm not giving this the full 5 stars is because the bed was a bit uncomfortable. But thats no fault on the owners, we are just extremely picky sleepers! Lol
Quite a nice little hotel. The woman at the desk was very nice and helpful. The room was pretty perfect for our needs-- a little living space in addition to the bedroom, and a handy little kitchenette, with a 2-burner hot plate, a microwave, a toaster and a kettle. We thought it was weird, though, that there was no can opener (a basic!). Cleaning could use a boost; even though the rest seemed clean, we did find a bandaid on the bathroom floor and another gross item on the bedroom floor. The view over Lake Nipissing was a prominent feature of the room, adding a serene feeling. Recommended.
Amazing place to stay the staff was super friendly and made my stay perfect. The views are spectacular for someone not from the area the overlook of the bay is amazing. The room was super clean and very nice.
The food was so/so but the view was breath taking. Would dine there again on the patio.
