From the moment I reached out to Suzanne, her and her staff have been amazing! Calm Minds came to St. Joseph High School and ran 4 workshops with our students about coping with loss, stress, isolation and other teen issues. Our students absolutely loved the workshops and staff members. They felt very comfortable and listened to. After the experience with students, I invited them back to talk to our teachers about coping with stress and they were very informal and helpful. I would definitely recommend Calm Minds for any of your counseling needs.

I am one of the Children's Librarians at Westchester Public Library and we recently had a virtual program about recognizing and coping with anxiety in children. Susan did a great job and her presentation flowed nicely. She broke down each area and gave examples. She covered all of the bases and then some. I truly hope it helps some families find a starting point on on how to cope with it all.

Melanie is amazing, she's so great to work with! I've felt at ease with her after the first time we met. She guides you to answering questions you didn't know you had and meets you where you are. I've been in the office once (due to covid) but it was a beautiful office and so calm and quiet!

I have known Suzanne for the past couple of years. We have collaborated on many issues and I have found her to be consistently reflective, compassionate and professional. I am glad to have her as a colleague and someone I can connect with professionally in the community. She is well seasoned clinician with deep knowledge and experience.

I have been going to Suzanne for just about a year now. As someone who had never been to therapy, Suzanne has been great, helping me to talk about my anxiety. She is extremely professional, but also very personable and warm, dispelling my novice therapy fears of being judged or lectured. She works with me to come up with tangible baby steps I can utilize to keep work through my anxiety. I would highly recommend Suzanne to any of my friends or family.

I've been seeing Suzanne for about a year now to help me work through my life long struggle with PTSD, Depression, and Anxiety. She has been invaluable in my journey with coming to terms with my not so pleasant past. She is dedicated, empathetic, and mindful, and genuinely cares about her clients. Since I started working with her, I have begun to accept that I don't need to let my past define me or my future. She is always professional and does a great job of knowing when and how to motivate her clients to keep moving forward. If you are serious about working on your mental health and want to be seen by somebody who will listen to what you have a say, be real with you, and help you progress, then I can't recommend Suzanne enough.

I have been seeing Suzanne since mid 2017 for PTSD. I had previously been seeing a different therapist for management of the symptoms but had reached a point where I felt myself no longer taking steps forward. Suzanne took a completely different approach by not only helping me manage my symptoms but also by helping me address the root cause of these issues and helping me to learn to draw new boundaries and develop a better level of insight. She has always been very understanding of last minute schedule changes that have occurred due to my anxiety and over all is has changed my perspective of what therapy is. 10/10 I recommend to anyone looking to work through traumas or even their overall mental health.

Suzanne is a very nice, respectful, caring, patient person. Needless to say, I felt a weight off my shoulders that I haven't felt in some time.
