Boots staff are some of the nicest staff in this area! Whether it's new people or the old lot from a couple of years ago, never had any problems with this place and it stays well stocked also. Thanks for the lovely service, folks!

They are a joke. Prescriptions are never ready and after a week of waiting for a text message I rang to ask if they had mine. I have now made a complaint to Boots Head Office and suggest if you have problems to do likewise. My doctor is in Bristol but I live in Calne. I have had repeat prescriptions ordered and collected from Boots Calne for about 4/5 years. A prescription was sent by my doctor om the 7th of December. Today I rang Boots Calne to ask if they had it. They asked if I had a text message which I told them I hadnt. They said that was strange and if they had my prescription I would have got a message. They then went away to see if they had it and told me they had it on the 8th but had been really busy. Thats a week ! They then told me that because my doctor was in Bristol they could no longer request prescriptions for me. I told Boots Calne they were talking rubbish and they hung up on me. I have spoken to my doctor who say this is rubbish and they can send my prescription anywhere and they had never heard this before.
Very friendly and helpful staff who always take the time to make sure you understand any new medications you may be taking.
Doesn't really make sense to close the pharmacy down from 1pm to 2pm. I can appreciate that the pharmacist needs to take a lunch but surely with the growing population in Calne two pharmacist should be available.
Don't bother service slow never enough staff on duty can't dispense prescriptions 1-2 because only one pharmacist on duty Seem to take ages to get in repeat prescriptions do yourself a favour go elsewhere. .rubbish service
Prescriptions never ready, fed up with going back to ask again, lots of people like me moaning about the very poor service
