Over a month ago their driver backed into my driveway and took out a section of my belgium block. Called Peconic and spoke to Mike who was very acommodating at first, he asked me to send pictures and they would take care of it. I sent pictures and received a return email that I would be hearing from their driveway company. After no response I once again emailed Mike who responded he had spoke to his driver. I responded ok and what did he say? After several attempts finally got an email about some weird story his driver told him which has nothing to do with my Belgium block and was completely untrue. Finally after more attempts and no response my wife finally got him on the phone and he said his driver confirmed he indeed backed into my driveway, which I had on my ring camera and he knew that. Its been over a month and still no response. They try to ignore you and hope it goes away. I will be changing companies.

I’ve never had a problem with them until the driver while making a delivery left my back gate open. Not knowing this I let my dog out and she ran off. I called to complain and the person I spoke to seemed not to care.

I moved into my Home in Port jefferson in 2017 . There was a tank already there. The realtor told us “the tanks a gift” well it wasn’t. The company that owned the tank from the previous owner was a nightmare . After months of bad customer service from the previous company we Called Peconic Propane. Flexible delivery schedule , prompt, competitive pricing and excellent office personnel and customer service. In an industry that seems to have a lot of sketchy companies ,with horrible ratings, Peconic Propane stands out way above the “competition” .
