My experience was a . Checking in professionally expedite. Loaded and paperwork under one hour. Don't take the negative reviews as a general rule. Make sure your trailer is very, very clean. Food grade product needs to meet the specific transportation requirements. 35 washout will save you from being rejected. Good luck.

Really kicking myself for not reading reviews before booking this load. Arrived on time with newer dry van trailer, no odors or debris as instructed by broker. No leaks or holes anywhere on trailer. I had just delivered a food grade load prior and had swept again even though it was still clean. The only thing in the trailer was some snow from my boots (I had to sweep out in the parking lot). Trailer was rejected because the inspector could see the back of the corner marker lights from inside the trailer, which is exactly how these trailers are constructed, you know, as in FROM THE MANUFACTURER. The lights are sealed at the factory, and these were still sealed tight, no air gaps, no leaks. No dice, they still wouldn't load the trailer. Rejected the other three trucks that were there with me as well, and I couldn't find any visible problems with those trailers either. Do not waste your fuel or time on this shipper. If they want freshly washed out, brand new, food-only reefers, they should just pay the higher rates for those instead of rejecting most of the dry vans that come in. It's likely they're not penalized (I couldn't even get fuel cost from the broker) so they'll keep doing it until we stop showing up.
Make sure u swipe the corners of ur trailer well...and make sure its dry. In/out 1 hr. What they are doing is they kick the lover metal wall of ur trailer from the inside and if any dust fell out on the ground of the trailer u will have to swipe it again...so do ur self a favor and do this before u back in to the door
Five stars from me. My appointment was at 1500, I showed up at 1400, and was already on the way at my appt time... Lady didn't say hello or anything, but wasn't rude at all, she was just doing her business; super fast and good in my case. Big place, easy to maneuver, sorry guys, but my experience here is that this is a top notch place for loading.
Reading this reviews almost make me cancel my load, but i decide to take the challenge. Driving 80 empty miles just to get there and I'm glad I did. I Sweep my 2012 trailer and got loaded for 1.30h!Very nice people
