Zero stars should be available!!!! BCA don't care about the little man! After sending a collection company over 4 hours travel to collect a vehicle the driver was met with a non runner vehicle. The car was not sold or described as a non runner. After a battle with BCA and management they refunded us the money except the BCA assured which was a two fingers up to us. When confronted with the invoice for the collection agency it was another two fingers up to us. It seems BCA have some idea they can treat customers like dog muck. The attitude of Senior management is nothing short of disgusting.

Plenty of cars. But the buyer commission is really high. Monday Wednesday and Friday is for Car Auction. Thursday and Saturday for van auction. 3 for catalogue price for non trade member. All 3 hall catalogue for 5. Cafe and restaurant available. Free car park

All good, covid safe, quick pickup. No toilets though at the mo.

Appalling is the word. Customer service at a zero level but I suppose that explains alot as the branch manager leads example there. Good luck in dealing with BCA Blackbushe if you have a problem to sort out.
