Always been there for us!! As usual - people very quick to criticise but not willing to see the good. The surgery have ALWAYS seen our 2 children same day when we've been worried. Triage service a good idea if you know your symptoms and don't really need to see a doctor. Option to see trained pharmacist also great idea. OK parking is tricky, yes you may have to wait. But try and see the good in the service we have here!!!

Excellent reception staff today on helping me sort out my request for a new exemption card they are Alica and Michelle ,5 star rating well done !
What a mess, I have never been spoken to so rudely. Reception can be very helpful, however, if you get the one with attitude, give up. She spends most of the call saying how busy she is, and basically go away! She forgets that it's tax payers money keeping her in a job. Such a shame, as most of the doctors are very understanding.
I have recently moved back to this area and I cannot fault this practice. Your reception desk staff are amazing the nurse who I saw again amazing. I have collected prescriptions for myself and a friend and nothing has been too much trouble . We are very lucky to have caring staff .
Reception and the nurses are great, cannot fault them.. But only a handful of doctors are nice. Dr Ball is brilliant! But some can be uninterested.
