Linda’s positive attitude and infectious personality brings a positive energy to any project that she manages. I worked with Linda in 2015 on an Enterprise focused customer event in BC, while I was based in Ontario, and again on team-building activity in Toronto in February 2016. Linda managed all aspects of the event from sourcing and securing the venue, communications, to weekly checkpoint meetings, to the day of execution. I had the good fortune of leading a large dealer initiative to recruit, hire and train 40 new account managers within a 6 week time frame. I was even more fortunate to hire Linda to coordinate and execute all the logistics for a 6 day on-boarding program. The program was a great success with the help of Linda. All the details that make or break were taken care seamlessly for me.
As the Chair of Cambridge Celebrates Canada Day (Cambridge's largest one day event) for the last 6 years I'm pleased to offer up some comments on ACE Events. With Canada celebrating the 150th anniversary our committee knew this year was going to be big....as volunteers we looked to hire a company to assist with sponsorship and we hired Linda from ACE Events. The committee was extremely happy with the results we received from ACE Events very professional , prompt and successful. ACE Events assisted us with our Client Appreciation event in February of 2015. They helped us to determine what tasks our firm would do ourselves, and what we wanted ACE Events to do. They also assisted us to set and meet our goals and objectives for the event. Throughout the process Linda made suggestions and recommendations that reduced the amount of time we needed to dedicate to the event as well as reduced the cost of the event. It truly was a value-added service
As President of the Rotary Club of Cambridge Preston-Hespeler, I had the pleasure of working with ACE Events. ACE organized and coordinated our 1st Annual Charity Golf Tournament which benefitted Veterans and their families. The event was a great success and ran seamlessly thanks to Linda's meticulous planning and effort. What we thought might be a learning experience turned into one of our best fundraisers in it's first year! Thank you Linda, you rock!!
