Jim Gordon is absolutely phenomenal to work with. You can tell he loves what he does and takes pride in his work. He crosses his t’s and dots his i’s with each and every touch he puts into selling your home. He does just the same with helping you find your dream home. We put our full trust into Jim and we are so glad we did. From sending over a home staging specialist (@roomsinbloom_ who was ALSO fantastic) to help us get our home into the best shape possible, to setting up a virtual open house during a time where open houses cannot happen. We will for sure be using Jim’s service again when we decide to sell/buy the next time!
Do not recommend this real estate agent, rude , ignorant, hangs up the phone on you. Unprofessional service, told me phone conversation does not disclosure, price of sold home, on the phone.. ridiculous.. never , in my life have I herd this before, and I have owned 7 homes.. before.
I highly recommend Jim and his team for any real estate needs. I was extremely well represented in an unbelievably difficult competitive Kitchener market where the absence of inventory was a constant stressor for me. Jim’s knowledge and experience prevailed and was the key in beating out several other bidders on the same property where my kids and I have been able to settle in and call home once again. My first call will be to Jim if I am ever in the need for any real estate assistance in the future and I continue to recommend his team to friends and family on a regular basis.
