My new go to spot for oil/tire changes! Excellent service and professionalism. The prices are much more affordable and you can tell all the technicians are really working hard and trying their best. They squeezed me in 45 minutes before closing and I will be showing my gratitude by returning there for all my automotive needs.

These guys are awesome! Rio (if I got your name wrong I'm sorry brother, mask made it difficult to hear) but this gentleman did me a huge favour by taking my car in for an oil change despite them almost being closed. I do my best to avoid being that last minute customer but it was overdue on a Saturday which meant if it wasn't today, it would have to wait 2 days of commuting far. The shop I usually go to decided to decline serving me because they just didn't feel like it, I was shocked by the unprofessionalism but very pleased that it led me here because these guys are twice as good, three times as polite and professional and half the price. Auto lube excelled well beyond the service I was used to in every category. You're in good, honest hands here. Thank you so much guys!
Thank you to the wonderful employee Michael (or owner?) for the excellent service and professionalism. Normally oil changes/ routine service is pretty dull, but they went above and beyond. Respect this place, I'm coming back here for my next oil change.
We have been to Auto Lube twice now. Once for our car and another time for my fiancee's cousin's car while she was working. I have to say, the respect from Caleb and the employees he manages is unbelievable! We have gone to different places in the past and all they try to do is up-sell, up-sell, and up-sell. Auto Lube is not like that! They treat you with respect and explain everything that is happening with your vehicle and they even take you into the vehicle bay to show you exactly what they are talking about. There is no intimidating people making you say yes to things you do not need done for the vehicle. Great value for what you need done to your vehicle. Thank you very much Caleb for the wonderful service and being so kind and helpful with everything. You run a wonderful business and you will see us for our future oil changes and vehicle maintenance!
I’ve been going to auto lube for the past couple years. Every time I go, there’s great service. The guys are very friendly and helpful. Prices are honest and fair, I’ve never felt like I was being ripped off. One of the best things about auto lube is they are very transparent, they bring everyone to look at their car while it’s on the lift and tell you about the general condition of everything. These guys go above and beyond.
Mike and Vino were incredibly helpful ! Advised me and showed me what I needed without expecting me to purchase anything extra. Great prices and overall great service. Will be going again in the future.
Today I called Auto Lube & asked if I had to make an appointment for oil change, they said no, first come first served (Note these words). I got there and asked the tall muscular guy, what was the wait time. He said, 30 - 40 mins. He asked what car I drive, then he said wait in your car we'll come out to you. I was cool with that and there were 3 cars ahead of me. Fast forward to about an hour and 50 minutes later. I noticed 2 cars that came after me went in for service, and a third car (Lexus) was being taken in. So I went inside to him, told him that I noticed 3 cars that came after me went in. Then he asked what car I was driving. I told him and he said you will go in next after the Lexus that was just taken in. Then Just as I went back to my car. I saw a fourth car (a Mitsubishi) that came after me, was taken into the shop. (What happened to first come first served). I realized that these guys were disorganized. I couldn't wait anymore so I left. For the people who came after me and got served. In their perspective, they got good service. In my experience these guys suck. I wouldn't recommend them to any of my family or friends.
I had my most recent oil change done here at Auto Lube and it was fast and efficient. They offered me a great deal considering I was a first time customer. The staff are very friendly and give great customer service.
