We had a substantial leak in our hot tub and had been trying to find someone to come and look to fix it for several months. Finally we came across Backyard Resorts who were immediately helpful. The hot tub was fixed quickly, and professionally and when I left a message with a concern they called back quickly on the same day, even though it was 9:00pm. Great service, both from the office staff and those who came to our home. Will certainly recommend and use again if necessary.

At a time when pool companies are so busy not to return calls(we get it) for not only a pool close but a questionable liner replacement, Backyard pools gave us such reassurance. They fit us in at the last minute and gave a detailed account of what could also potentially be the problem (instead of trying to sell us on a new liner). He knew the pool better than we did (history of liner, plumbing, etc.). I was told by other companies that we would have to have the problem fixed before they would even close it but they were too busy to send out an expert(I felt frustrated and lost). We feel reassured and in very good hands with Backyard resorts Pools. They opened our pool last spring, removing leaves, etc. Very impressed and thankful!!
We were referring for Backyard Resorts Pool by our friends. Excellent people. For us as a newbie that was 10 out of 10 service. They are so patient, knowledgeable and helpful. Easy to deal with .
