I use equipment rental services through my company almost daily. This is by far the worst rental business I've dealt with. Equipment is not serviced properly before being rented out, I've went to pick up tow behind machines that have had wire harness ripped out and not replaced, I've even went to pick up items that weren't there. I understand things happen, but to have issues 7 out of 10 times is ridiculous. I will happily drive 30 mins out of my way to a different company just to avoid using any battlefield.
