Had my roof done now I have several leaks I have been trying to get a hold of them now for roughly 3 weeks and I keep getting voicemail and the only time once I got through Someone from the office picked up and said that someone would come out to look at the roof and I still been waiting and it’s been over two weeks now if you’re looking for a quick response and looking for good quality work I would think twice I’m going to this company I’m still waiting for some assistance on the job !!

The team at Belmar are fantastic, Nick - the estimator was super easy to get in touch with and answered all my questions and was available for more follow up questions when the rest of the neighbours wanted in on a good deal (10 houses on my street). The roofing crew worked lightning fast and provided quality work. The cleanup crew had the the bin removal and site cleaned up after completion of the roof on the same day. We picked Belmar roofing to redo our roof as it was getting quite old. We were very pleased with everything from service to quality. Having a newborn at home, I was very happy that their hours worked were reasonable. They were very respectful while here and left our property clean. We know that our roof was done right and leaks won't be coming our way. We would recommend them and would use them again.
Excellent work replacing the house roof several years ago. Detached garage roof needed replacement. No hesitation in calling Belmar in for that job. The brother team of Ali and Habib Ali did outstanding work. Professional, polite and courteous, these guys know how to do it right and never stop moving.
After comparing Belmar with other companies in the Kitchener-Waterloo area, my two neighbours and myself decided to go with Belmar and we couldn't be more pleased. Belmar's quote was not the most inexpensive, but this company has been around so their warranty actually means something. The crew that installed the new roof worked really hard and were very nice to deal with. Even Kathy from the office was extremely nice. We highly recommend them. Great company, with excellent service & people.
Our experience with Belmar Roofing was fantastic from start to finish. I am a tradesperson in a different trade so I recognize and appreciate quality work and honest customer service. Everyone I dealt with at Belmar met and exceeded my expectations. The finished job is well done and looks great down to the small details. I would recommend this company.
I had a very positive experience with Belmar roofing for a roof replacement of a 15yo home. I researched about a dozen companies before choosing Belmar, seemed midrange on price and experienced. Bob the estimator was very knowledgable and responsive. They are a manufacturer certified installer which is important for warrenties should you need them. Only had the roof install last week so can't speak towards craftsmanship other than the it looks good. Shingles are pretty straight from what I can see compared to some of the other houses in the neighbourhood. My only issue was cleanup. The original crew seemed to leave quite a bit of debris on the roof and even after rolling around a magnetic rake there were still dozens of nails in my driveway. This was a two day job and the cleanup on both days felt rushed. As a homeowner, next time I would insist the crew take more care. I would recommend you sweep for nails yourself, no use getting a flat tire on top of the roof cost. Talked to Bob about it and they sent out a service crew the next day. The service crew Habib was spectacular, completely made up for the messiness the day before. Overall good experience and will update in a few years to see how the roof has held up.
My experience with Belmar was a good one. I had a few companies quote my project and all of them fell short or didn't follow through with quotes. I found Belmar after the fact and am very pleased I did. The price was right and I felt I was being well taken care of.
