Recently purchased a 2021 Silverado from this location, and I don’t think my experience could have been any better. I owe my great experience to Sales Consultant, Craig Eccles. I started the process back in October, and Craig was extremely patient and easy to work with, which was much needed as this was a big purchase for me. He was always available to answer my lists of questions, and truly made me feel like a valued customer. He really went above and beyond to ensure that I was comfortable and got what I was looking for at a good price. Only place to go if you own a GMC, Absolutely outstanding customer service.They are Phenomenal on every level from providing many services & or simply doing repairs, what ever it is you need. They will get it done & get it done right. Then at your choice you can be in a shuttle home & picked up when your vehicle is ready. How about that! I made an appointment on-line for some repairs to my Silverado and was happy with how easy the on-line booking was. On the day of my appointment, Michael confirmed all work that I was requesting to have done and kept me updated on the status of the repairs via text. Michael was the best representative I have ever worked with from a dealership and bent over backwards to make sure all my requested work was completed in the time they promised! I'm very impressed with my visit.
My boyfriend and I recently purchased a 2017 Chevy Silverado and it literally drives like a dream (the colour is pretty dreamy too!) Our sales consultant, Anthony, was such a professional. He went out of his way to ensure the entire process went smoothly and stress-free (as stress-free as buying a vehicle can be, that is!).
