I went into BMO to establish a HELOC with Matt. Matt explained everything that I needed to know in depth and really took the time needed so that I'd be comfortable with the decision I was making. This bank is sad especially when your money is suppose to be safe & insured. Why else does everyone and anyone pay monthly fees let alone use a bank? cause there suppose to be safe and secure... yet my own little brother looses 3,500 and his bank dropped to 0 randomly with no flags raised due to a fake etransfer and the banks do nothing to help him. When you provide proof , they tell you its not good enough. Mean while its a deposit that withdrew all his money?? Hello corruption? Its been a whole year and not a single word. This just goes to show banks dont care to help anyone, no ones safe and they dont care for there clients/customer especially At this location.
