Great place to do starup business

We moved in on August 2018. The offices are spacious, are excellent value and there is 24/7 access available (essential for a medical software company). There is fibre-to-the-office for about 100 per month. There are showers and a cafe in the atrium. The owners are friendly and accommodating. They fixed a failing light panel in our office within 24 hours.

Nice building. Not sure some of the people there are not so friendly. Seems they are stuck in a zone that they think that they're better than anyone they may seems beneath them. But that just the bad. The good is that there are more nice people there than bad. And the securities are good blokes

I recently produced a film for the launch of the new, superbly located Cambridge Innovation Park. The tenants I filmed really appreciate the efforts being made to provide a wonderful work/life-style balance in this beautiful and rapidly expanding facility (e.g. the new restaurant, bar, gym and nursery that will come with the opening of Blenheim House). Over the years I've filmed many large office developments, all over the UK, but this is certainly one of the most interesting I've seen.
