Happy to do business with Steven and Cole and the whole gang in Cambridge (and the gang in Ottawa all have names too.) Ican toner is a fraction of the price. I think I got the last for my make/model but with high yield, I should be good for printing all those tax forms. ;) Necessary? Yes!! Almost as essential as keeping Amazon out of my hallways

Most underrated electronic store in Canada. There plenty of quality items and accessories at a cheaper price compared to other stores or online merchants. I bought a laptop cooling station and it works great. The customer service associates are really nice and helpful. I will visit them for any electronics in future. Highly recommend this store.

Please be aware that the Cambridge Canada Computers store will not accept returns from other Canada Computers stores in the area, per a conversation with store manager today. This is the only Canada Computers store I've encountered in southern Ontario with this policy, so thought it was important that people know. I don't know whether they would honour extended service policies purchased at other stores.

Good selection and decent prices but terrible customer service. Be prepared for 4-5 people at the front to completely ignore you while you try to pay. This has occurred the last three times I've been here. I guess their weekend plans are more important. We were also told over the phone once that our pickup order would arrive 'if people would stop calling to ask.' We had called once, when our order was already late.

Cambridge has terrible service for the new year. We had a back order that we tried constantly following up on but they do not pick up their phones. We had to personally follow up and showed the sales receipt. The staff did not even bother to check if the stock was onsite and mentioned it can be treated as a pass to any site. Off we went to Mississauga, lo and behold the manager mentioned that this wasn't purchased in his site and why would he give that inventory away. We understood and this man was very apologetic and personally instructed that we go back to Cambridge and the order was there. We left as a valued customer. Went back to Cambridge and mentioned our experience, this staff talked back and said if we had a better solution why don't we do it in the first place. This young man, if I was his manager, I will put him back in the training! My point is, this should have been resolved the first time we were there personally. Imagine, talking back instead of showing empathy?! Or asking how can I make it right for you?
