Material offered through the school is thorough and reliable; unfortunately the instructors are hit or miss, some are phenomenal and absolutely dedicated to helping students reach their goals and others should never be allowed in any classroom. The same can be said for the admin staff. The Clinic and Outreach Coordinator Dawn and Fatima in Student Services are both incredible at what they do and are a massive help to students. The Director of Education/Campus Director Tatum should be replaced immediately or at the very least be demoted to data entry clerk because that's all she does. As far as student support, addressing issues (especially serious ones) and filling her role in general, she is completely incompetent. When presented with serious issues (even ones which have come up term after term, by countless students and with overwhelming proof of the problem) she will either ignore, minimize, lie (she has been caught on numerous occasions) or deflect. BEWARE However, if this is the career you want, this school can prepare you for that but be sure you are physically, EMOTIONALLY AND MENTALLY prepared. This course comes with its fair share of Bull****, unfortunately dealing with inadequate instructors and the nightmarish admin staff makes up a significant portion of that Bull****, BUT the truly amazing and dedicated people that do care and are qualified will help you find your way and make sure you reach your goal.
Awesome pricing for student led clinic as well as knowing that you are assisting someone in the learning process. Not to mention your back will thank you.
I took up running in my mid 40's after lots of inactivity, and inevitably that came with a variety of minor aches and pains. I continue to use CCMH because they make me feel comfortable, their massages work, and you can't beat the price. They also take the time to recommend useful stretches specific to my needs as a runner.
Great school, great instructors and great classes :D Stick it through to the end and make your dream career happen!
