The Cambridge location is a nice place filled with pleasant staff that are willing to help out as much as they can and depending on how well off you are they can certainly help turn a bad day into a good one, unfortunately for those who don't need the help you're only going to benefit so much from their services in terms of using a computer or to make a phone call. For those who require a push or an upgrade they offer helpful options that can turn an unemployable individual into a bright man/women that an employer can't say no to.

It's not a horrible place, and I did learn a few important skills while taking a class there, but this place seems to cater more towards the ex-criminals, homeless, runaways, recovering drug addicts and the like. Not that that's a bad thing, I think it's wonderful that there are people that are willing to help them succeed in turning their lives around, but for me, they really didn't help me at all. The one \interview\ I got through them was a miscommunication and the person who was supposed to be interviewing me was under the impression I just wanted an information session about their business, not an actually interview for a position in their company. They dropped the ball with me completely. They seem to go through people very quickly as well. I've heard that several of their employees have moved on to bigger and better positions, leaving behind those who they had been helping.

They can't offer much help. They only had a few jobs to look at and those too, had already been expired (the hiring date had passed). The website also listed the same expired jobs.
