I called for service on 2 toilets on Tuesday and they responded by Wednesday am. Dylan M came and fixed the toilets quickly and efficiently, telling me what the problem was ans checking carefully for any other issues. He was professional, polite, efficient and friendly. I really appreciated this fast and professional service and the price was very fair. We will definitely use again. Dylan M was super!

I'm not sure I would hire CJ's express to work on any project. The company is so entitled, they take up 3 prime parking spots at the local Canadian Tire Store. This isn't the way someone considerate behaves.
We had a plumbing emergency in September, We phoned multiple plumbers, CJ was the only plumber to return a Call that day. They came to my home and assessed the issues and quoted accordingly. They scheduled the repair as soon as available, The showed up on time and did a fantastic job. months later I neederd a copy of the invoice and the office was able to get my invoice e-mailed in seconds. when dealing with home plumbing having a company show up and fix the issues is paramount. would reccomend.
I am a duplex owner and have a leak from the upstairs bathroom to my lower unit. I was referred by a large building owner colleague to use this company. Luis was the plumber and showed up at 930 rather than 12. He proceeded to do very little and charged us 171.00. He asked my husband verbatim " Do you want me to open the ceiling". No explanation nor did not state as the "supposed" professional that this very well had to be done to fix the leak. He literally worked for 30 minutes and somehow we were charged one hour 85.00 and in addition a 35.00 field supplies fee... plus costs for a overflow cover and other things I am unable to read on the invoice total 171.76 I called and was curtly told by Liz you will be required to pay that 85 and 35 again just to come back and do exactly what should have been done in the first place. I requested to please have the owner call me. He then emailed me approximately 8 hours later. The owner's name is Nelson and is condescending and highly unprofessional. He said one thing to my husband and a completely different story to me. We expected to pay for extra service/labour/materials of course to completly rectify the situation but not the same 85 and 35 again for not doing the proper job in the first place. Needless to say do not hire this company. They are not professional nor do they stand behind their work. Nothing is fixed and I have to look elsewhere to have the work completed.
Luis A.came tonight to fix our tub as the water wouldn’t turn off. He got here fast, was professional and quick to get the job done. Most companies would have taken their time in order to charge us more as it was an emergency call. I highly recommend these guys! We will be using them from now on for all our plumbing needs!!!
Grant was amazing! Absolutely professional and very thorough, he endured all of my endless questions and walked me through exactly what was the problem and went over all of the options, allowing me to make an informed decision. I highly recommend them for any plumbing job and I will definitely be calling on them in the future )
Was given an incorrect assessment after hiring this company. We had a problem with the leakage that was happening downstairs and hired this company to come a take a look. After looking into the situation, the plumber claimed that it was a problem with the water heater saying it was old. However they could not get a removal or replacement ready since it was late at night on Saturday and the company said that they would not be able to get a replacement until Monday. All the plumber did was turn off the water heater and attempt to drain it. However, when we woke up the next morning, the leakage had not stopped. We had to hire another company to remove and replace our water heater and they had determined that the issue was not with the water heater at all since there was no evidence of any leakage and that it was coming from a building pipe. So we had been given an inaccurate assessment and barely any work was done to fix the actual situation.
Thank you for a number of recommendations c/o Nextdoor.ca. My post was "Looking for a good plumber". I reached out to the recommended plumber (JC Waterworks), but unfortunately, no response. I decided to go with CJ's Express Plumbing and Electrical instead. The owner is Nelson and he arrived same day to provide a free quote. His time estimates, based on an hourly rate, were spot on and the quote was comparable to 3 others. I would recommend Nelson's outfit again. He was responsive and efficient. I had a laundry list of items that needed to be addressed and I am happy with a job well done. I have also referred CJ's Express Plumbing and Electrical to others.
